To cater to this, Joblogic allows engineers to add expenses against a job via the mobile application (app) for a back-office user to then review. This user guide will detail how to log expenses against jobs via the mobile app. ## Adding Expenses to a Job via the App In order to record an expense via the mobile app, access the visit details page of the applicable job visit and select the “Expenses” option. ![Image 1.png](https://cdn.document360.io/7b0221a4-2cb1-462b-9b01-b03051eb7ca3/Images/Documentation/Image%201%28107%29.png) Then select the “Add Expense” button. ![Image 2.jpg](https://cdn.document360.io/7b0221a4-2cb1-462b-9b01-b03051eb7ca3/Images/Documentation/Image%202%289%29.jpg) When adding the expense, the engineer has the option to select from a list of predefined expenses. ![Image 3.jpg](https://cdn.document360.io/7b0221a4-2cb1-462b-9b01-b03051eb7ca3/Images/Documentation/Image%203%288%29.jpg) ![Image 4.jpg](https://cdn.document360.io/7b0221a4-2cb1-462b-9b01-b03051eb7ca3/Images/Documentation/Image%204%289%29.jpg) ![Image 5.jpg](https://cdn.document360.io/7b0221a4-2cb1-462b-9b01-b03051eb7ca3/Images/Documentation/Image%205%284%29.jpg) ![Image 6.jpg](https://cdn.document360.io/7b0221a4-2cb1-462b-9b01-b03051eb7ca3/Images/Documentation/Image%206%288%29.jpg) Alternatively, if the required expense is not already prerecorded within the system, the engineer can create new expense.
