The functionality detailed will not be available in the system until this date. However, please note that this is an ETA and may be subject to change.* ## Release Topics 1. Bulk Return Supplier - Enhancement 2. Refrigerant Ordering from Mobile - Enhancement --- ## Release Details ### 1. Bulk Return Supplier - Enhancement - You can now return multiple refrigerant gas cylinders to a supplier using a downloaded file. - Download the filtered cylinder list, enter the Actual Return Date for each cylinder, then upload the file to review and process the returns in one step. - Joblogic validates the file and provides a summary of eligible and excluded cylinders before processing. Up to 500 cylinders can be included in each file. - Waste and Recovery / Receiver cylinders require a Transfer Note. All cylinders in the file are returned together, or none are returned. - The audit history records the action as Bulk Return to Supplier (Bulk Import). - The Gas Cylinders Export now includes a unique ID column to distinguish cylinders with the same serial number. Refrigerant Ordering from Mobile - Enhancement - A new Refrigerant Gas PO Email & Document Configuration section is available in System Settings. - Administrators can choose which email template and Purchase Order document are used when gas orders are emailed from the mobile app. - If a selected template is later deleted or deactivated, Joblogic automatically uses the default template and continues to send the email. - Existing tenants will remain on Use default template until an administrator makes a selection, so current behaviour is unchanged.
