Priority logic improvements (Cascade order) 2. Work type & group priority visibility 3. Selling rate removal enhancements --- ## Release Details ### 1. Priority logic improvements (Cascade order) - We’ve improved how priorities are applied when logging jobs to ensure they’re clear, consistent, and always respect contract settings. - A new priority hierarchy has been introduced, so priorities are applied in the following order: - Contract – Work Type / Job Type / Job Category Priority (highest priority) - Contract – Fault Code Priority - Contract – Contract Priority - Base Configuration – Site / Customer Default Priority (fallback) - This ensures predictable behaviour when logging jobs and avoids conflicting priorities. - To enable this setting, head over to Settings > System Setup ![W1.png](https://cdn.document360.io/7b0221a4-2cb1-462b-9b01-b03051eb7ca3/Images/Documentation/W1.png) ![Screenshot 2026-01-26 115710.png](https://cdn.document360.io/7b0221a4-2cb1-462b-9b01-b03051eb7ca3/Images/Documentation/Screenshot%202026-01-26%20115710.png) ### 2. Work type & group priority visibility - When logging a job or quote, the system will now clearly display both Work Type priorities and Group Priority when these are configured at contract level. - This makes it easier to select the correct priority and understand how it’s being applied. ![W2.png](https://cdn.document360.io/7b0221a4-2cb1-462b-9b01-b03051eb7ca3/Images/Documentation/W2.png) ### 3.
