Introduction
Joblogic provides a thumbnail image (smaller, concise, summary images) feature for assets logged within the system.
This user guide will detail how to add and view asset thumbnails within Joblogic’s back-office system.
Adding and Viewing Asset Thumbnails
To add a new asset thumbnail, navigate to Assets > All Assets > search and select the applicable asset > Notes.
The first picture added against the asset via the ‘Add Attachment’ button acts as the asset thumbnail.
This is indicated by the thumbnail icon.
The Thumbnail will then be viewable in various areas of the system such as the customer portal, the mobile application and against the asset within the back-office under the main details page.
Note: To change the thumbnail current items must be deleted from the attachments area and readded/ordered with the new thumbnail image being logged first.
