Introduction
The "All PPM Contracts" page acts as a library for any PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) contracts logged within Joblogic. It can be used locate and access different contracts in addition to providing an overall view of contracts within the system. This user guide will explain how to navigate the "All PPM Contracts" area and provide some detail on the different contract statuses presented on the page.
The All PPM Contracts Area
To access the ‘All PPM Contracts’ area select PPM > All PPM Contracts from the left side navigation menu.
A new PPM contract can be created by clicking on the ‘Add PPM’ option. A list of all PPM contracts can also be exported (in CSV format) or printed via the applicable options.
Contracts can be imported in bulk via the import button. See here for more information on the PPM Contract Importer tool.
Contracts can be searched via the following criteria:
PPM Contract Number
Customer
Site
Description
Account Manager
Date Created (start and end date range)
Contract Start Date (start and end date range)
Contract End Date (start and end date range)
Tags (customised labels)
Cancelled or completed contracts can also be filtered from the search list.
The table view can be changed by adding and removing columns from the available fields.
Multiple PPMs can be deleted at once, if required via bulk delete tool.
Contract Statuses
A contract which has at least 1 outstanding visit against it (new job, parts to fit, attended etc.) will be marked as ‘In Progress’.
A contract with all the visits against it marked as either completed (Costed, Completed, Invoiced, Paid etc.) or cancelled will be marked as ‘Completed’.
Any PPM manually cancelled will also show under the ‘Completed’ tab.
Any contracts marked as suspended, to be resumed at a later point will show under the ‘Suspended’ tab.
The progress column is calculated based on the number of visits completed against the total number of visits against the contract i.e. If 4 visits are completed and 2 are cancelled out of a total of 10, the contract’s progress will be 60%.
