Introduction
Joblogic empowers businesses to conduct thorough inspections of their vehicles, ensuring they are in top condition for safe and efficient operations. This guide will walk you through the process of filling out the Vehicle Checklist within Joblogic’s mobile application (app).
Filling Out the Vehicle Checklist
It is important to firstly note that the vehicle checklist is not filled out against the Job. It is a non-job related, general mobile form.
On the selected day & time set by your back office, the form will automatically appear on the app when you need to fill it out.
Alternatively, you can go to the “Forms” section of the app to access the form manually, if required.
Completing the Checklist
Go through each item on the Vehicle Checklist, entering the necessary information and observations.
Submission
Once completed, submit the checklist by pressing the “Complete” button. The submitted data will be automatically saved and available for review by your back office.
