This industry pack provides:

• Six Dashboards: From compliance and preventive maintenance to refrigerant management and asset tracking, these dashboards deliver real-time insights to enhance decision-making, improve service delivery, and optimise operational workflows.
• Twenty-Four Essential Forms: Stay compliant with key standards such as BS EN 378 and BS EN 60335-2-24. These forms cover everything from refrigerant safety and air quality to electrical and gas system compliance, ensuring your operations meet stringent industry regulations.
• Three Risk Assessment Forms: Proactively manage safety with the Dynamic Risk Assessment, RA Form, and Short Duration Work On-site Risk Assessment, enabling you to identify and mitigate hazards effectively in real-time.

Subscribing to the Industry Pack app

You'll firstly need to subscribe to the app. If you need help subscribing to your chosen Industry Pack app, please click here.

Once this has been set up, you'll have access to your industry specific Reports, Forms and Dashboards. Read on below to find out more.

Reports

Your reports can be found via Reports > Dynamic Dashboards

Use the filters to search for a specific report, if required

You’ll have access to the following reports:

• Job Tracker
• Invoice Log
• Job and Visit Details
• Monthly Timesheet Report
• Quote Tracking and Analysis
• Purchase Invoice Analysis

Forms

To access your forms, navigate to Settings > Electronic Forms

The following forms will be visible:

• FGAS Sheet (NEWFGAS)
• Split and Close Control FGAS Sheet (TSACCFGS)
• Gas Safety Certificate (CP12) -(GSR2021)
• Gas Breakdown/Repair Sheet (GBRS2023)
• Refrigeration - Maintenance Sheet (TRMS)
• External Air Conditioning - Maintenance Sheet (TEACMS)
• Internal Air Conditioning - Maintenance Sheet (TIACMS)
• Dynamic Risk Assessment (TDRA)
• Short Duration Work On-site Risk Assessment & Risk Assessment (RAandSDWSRA)

Dashboards

Your Dashboards can be found under the Dashboard menu item

You’ll be able to utilise the following Dashboards:

• Compliance Dashboard
• General Risk Assessment Dashboard
• PPM Dashboard
• Quotes Dashboard
• FGAS Cylinder Dashboard
• Asset Overview Dashboard

The primary user must publish the dashboards to make them available to others.

Navigate to Reports > Dynamic Reports and click on the Dynamic Dashboards tab.

Toggle the Publish icon to activate the dashboards as needed.
