Subscribing to the Industry Pack app

You'll firstly need to subscribe to the app. If you need help subscribing to your chosen Industry Pack app, please click here.

Once this has been set up, you'll have access to your industry specific Reports, Forms and Dashboards. Read on below to find out more.

Reports

Your reports can be found via Reports > Dynamic Dashboards

Use the filters to search for a specific report, if required

Forms

To access your forms, navigate to Settings > Electronic Forms

  • Gas Safety Certificate (CP12) -(GSR2021)
  • Gas Breakdown/Repair Sheet (GBRS)
  • Gas Warning Notice (GWN)
  • Gas Service/Maintenance Checklist (GSMC)
  • Gas Boiler System Commissioning Checklist (TGBSCC)
  • Water Hygiene Report (WHRS)

Dashboards

Your Dashboards can be found under the Dashboard menu item

You’ll be able to utilise the following Dashboards:

  • Finance Dashboard
  • Asset Overview Dashboard
  • CRM Dashboard
  • FGAS Cylinder Dashboard

The primary user must publish the dashboards to make them available to others.

Navigate to Reports > Dynamic Reports and click on the Dynamic Dashboards tab.

Toggle the Publish icon to activate the dashboards as needed.
