• 26 Forms: Ensure compliance with standards such as BS EN 62676, BS 8418, and BS EN 50131 with forms like the CCTV Functionality Servicing Certificate (TCCTV) and Alarm System Installation Certificate (TASIC). These forms integrate with a real-time compliance dashboard, enabling seamless monitoring and validation of your operations.

Dashboards

Your Dashboards can be found under the Dashboard menu item

You’ll be able to utilise the following Dashboards:

• JLD04: Quotes
• JLD09: PPM
• JLD01: Finance
• JLD08: WIP
• IS01 Security Systems Compliance
• IRA01 Risk Assessment

The primary user must publish the dashboards to make them available to others.

Navigate to Reports > Dynamic Reports and click on the Dynamic Dashboards tab.

Toggle the Publish icon to activate the dashboards as needed.
