JLD09: PPM Contracts

PPM Overview tab:
● Filters available
    ○ Customer
    ○ Site
    ○ Job Category
    ○ Engineer Name
    ○ PPM Start Date
    ○ PPM End Date
    ○ Contract Manager
    ○ PPM Contract Number
● Visits due next month from current date - Engineer visits due from the current date till the end of next month.
Visit will show Completed if visit starts before the appointment date and visit status is completed, else it will show as Missed.
● Visit count based on visit statuses - Individual count of each visit status linked with the ‘Visits due next month from current date’ table.
● PPM contracts due next 3 months from current date - List of PPM Contracts due in next 3 months
from the current date.
● PPM Summary Table - Provides the basic stats per PPM Contract.

Site Wise PPM Contracts:

● Overall tab Filter - PPM start date goes back to 2 years, no filter on end date.
● Filters available
    ○ Customer
    ○ Site
    ○ Job Category
    ○ Engineer Name
    ○ PPM Start Date
    ○ PPM End Date
    ○ Contract Manager
    ○ PPM Contract Number
● Cluster and pie chart - Represents the stats of Sum Margin % per site
● PPM contracts - This table provides the PPM Contract stats with its respective cost, contract value and Margin %

Invoice Tab:
● Overall tab Filter - PPM start date goes back to 2 years, no filter on end date.
● Filters available
    ○ Customer
    ○ Site
    ○ Invoice Type
    ○ Date Raised
    ○ Invoice Number
● Invoice data related to the PPM Contracts and shows PPM invoices, Customer Grouped Invoices and Standard Invoices along with Credit Invoice. (In case a PPM/ PPM job invoice has been grouped with reactive jobs, it's sell is getting accounted in this table).
