Document Records tab-
Overall Dashboard Filter - All time data.
Filters available
    ○ Document Category
    ○ Document Type
    ○ Expiration Date
    ○ Privacy (Public/Private)
    ○ Owner (Company/Engineer Name/Subcontractor Name)
Company Documents - Count of company documents expiring based on Expiration Date filter.
Engineer Documents - Count of engineer documents expiring based on Expiration Date filter.
Subcontractor Documents - Count of subcontractor documents expiring based on Expiration Date filter.
Document Records Table - This table provides the record of all Company, Engineer and Subcontractor documents with its respective Document Type, Description, Expiry Date etc. Additionally, It contains the link on which the user can click to download the document.
Non-Expiring Document Records - This table contains the record of all the Company, Engineer and Subcontractor documents with no “Expiry Date” with its respective Document Type, Description, Expiry Date etc. Additionally, It contains the link on which the user can click to download the document.

Vehicle Records tab:

Overall Dashboard Filter - All time data.
Filters available
    ○ Make
    ○ Model
    ○ Engineer
    ○ Active/ Inactive (This filter allows you to sort the data according to Vehicle status In terms of Active and Inactive.)
MOT Due This Month - Count of vehicles based on MOT Due Date.
Services Due This Month. - Count of vehicles based on Services Due Date.●
● Road Fund License Due This Month
- Count of vehicles based on Road Fund License Due Date.
Lease Renewal Due This Month - Count of vehicles based on Lease Renewal Due Date.
** The above mentioned four charts are representing the count where the Date falls between the first and last date of the current month.

Vehicle Records - This table provides complete data which resembles Settings > Library > Vehicles. Additionally, the Registration Number column is a hyperlink that will take you to that Individual vehicle details page and a hyperlink on the Engineer column which will take you to the Engineer details page.
