1. Quote Printing – Item Order Consistency

• Let’s start with a quality-of-life fix for your quotes.
• Some users noticed that when printing a quote, the line items didn’t always appear in the same order as on screen.
• That’s now sorted. Your printed quotes will follow the exact sequence you entered.
  It’s cleaner, clearer and ensures your customers see precisely what you intended.

2. Direct Sale App Enhancement

• Next up, a neat improvement to the Direct Sale app.
• When you tick Issue from Stock and choose a part, the Cost Per Unit now fills in automatically from your stock record.
• That means no more manual typing or checking, just quick, accurate costs every time.

3. Site Suspension Improvements

• We’ve also made Site Suspension easier to understand at a glance.
• If a site is suspended, the Log Quote and Log Job buttons now disappear, so it’s immediately clear that no new work can be created.
• Plus, you’ll now see a red Suspended label on any quote that’s linked to that site, giving you instant context before taking action.

4. Engineer Team Filter Enhancement

• For those of you searching by Engineer Team, this update will help.
• Previously, the dropdown only loaded the first 50 results, making it tricky to find the right team.
• Now, when you search, all matching teams appear meaning faster, more accurate filtering with zero limits.

Bug Fixes

• Resolved an issue preventing image downloads when filenames contained special characters.
• Fixed Sage 50 sync failures.
• Tags can now be removed correctly from To-Do items.
• Invoice loading issues on the Job Details History tab have been fixed.
• Batch Delete now shows the correct number of jobs when filtered by status.
• The Approve/Reject button for Project Quotes now appears correctly on the Portal link page.
• Users can now approve or reject quote items in the AI-Powered Customer Portal without errors.
• Fixed API integration issues related to Timesheets.
• Stock items now add to jobs correctly.
• Vehicle Tracking now displays the correct journeys.
• You can now successfully save custom industry text in Company Setup.
• The SOR Invoice Template now includes discounted values in the Total Including VAT.
• Stock Bulk Transfer correctly refreshes related data when unticking a stock record.
• Fixed an issue where changing the Recur Non-Productive Time setting to a past date created duplicate records.
• Planner engineer reassignment now works correctly even after a reactive job's target completion date has passed.
• Material costs display correctly in project invoices when marked as Quoted Value.
