Mark a Subcontractor as Inactive

From time to time, you will review your list of Subcontractors, there may be some that you have previously used that you have either decided that you do not want to use again or that are no longer trading.
In these cases, you should Edit the Subcontractor and mark them as 'Inactive'. To do this, click the edit button and then untick the “active” box. This will ensure that any data entered against the Subcontractor will be retained but they will not appear in any dropdown lists within Joblogic for selection.
