1. New ‘Travel Home’ Button (iOS & Android)

Release Details:

1. New Travel Home Button:

Previously, in the Joblogic Mobile Application, when a Mobile Application user selects the “At Home” button upon completing a visit, the travelling time is logged from the time the visit is marked as completed to the time the At Home button is clicked. However, this is not always the case and so we have added a new button - Travel Home. When the Mobile User clicks on the Travel Home button, the travelling time is now logged as the time the Travel Home button is clicked until the time that the At Home button is clicked. This means that the travelling home time can now be independant of the time the visit is completed. This travelling home time is also shown as a separate entry on the Engineer Timesheet in the back-office system.

Bug Fixes -

• The issue with displaying incorrect route label for tomorrow’s route by default, has been fixed.
• An issue which caused the Mobile Application to Crash when adding an attachment from the on-device gallery in the job/site asset has been resolved.

Android Improvements, Modifications and Bug Fixes.

Bug Fixes-

• Issue resolved where on Complete/Leave site, the Customer/Engineer signature box overlapped the border on Landscape mode.
• An issue has been fixed where the user was unable to add an Attachment on a Dynamic "optional" form after Quick Completing a visit.
• An issue has been resolved where the header label on "tomorrow's route" items was not displaying correctly.
