Release Details
1. Support options from Mobile (Android & iOS)
A new 'Contact Us' option has been added to the Menu page within the Mobile app
When this option is selected the Engineer will be able to select to contact our Support Team
Live Chat
To start a Live Chat the Engineer should tap on the 'Live Chat' option.
To start a new Live Chat tap onto the 'Send us a message' option.
Direct Call
To start a Direct Call the Engineer should tap on the 'Direct Call' option.
A prompt is displayed warning the Engineer that if he proceeds with a Direct Call that this will happen outside of the Mobile Application.
2. Show Global Discount added to an Invoice on Mobile (Android & iOS)
The Invoice details, shown on Mobile (dependant on the Engineers permissions) have been updated so that they will show any Global Discount added to an invoice from the Back Office system.
