Release Details

1. Time Tracking & Job Completion Improvements

  • We’ve made several updates to make your job completion process smoother and more reliable.
  • Time stamps in Visit status history now display correctly, and both the Complete and Quick Complete flows have been improved so your time data stays accurate.
  • We’ve also fixed an issue that prevented some jobs from being completed after adding job assets. Everything should now wrap up cleanly without interruptions.
  • Travel tracking has also had a big cleanup. Previously, “travel home” start times could be overwritten and the end time sometimes defaulted incorrectly, which meant your travel durations weren’t always right.

Here’s what’s improved:

  • Travel start and end times now track accurately
  • No more jumping into Timesheets Plus to fix the data
  • Mileage is logged automatically again when GPS is enabled, capturing every journey without manual work

2. Performance Enhancements

  • If you or your engineers store a lot of visit history on your device, you should feel the difference right away.
  • We’ve improved app performance so loading Visit Details and completing visits is much faster, even with large data sets stored locally.
  • Navigation is smoother, and the app feels more responsive overall.

3. Improved Mobile Experience

  • Typing notes on mobile is easier now.
  • On some screens, the keyboard used to cover the text area, especially on iOS, making it hard to see what you were writing.
  • This has now been fixed, so users can type comfortably with full visibility of their notes.

4. Form & Data Synchronisation

  • We’ve fixed an issue where very large forms didn’t fully send to Back Office, leaving some data missing.
  • All form submissions now sync correctly, even when they contain a lot of information.

Further Bug Fixes

A number of smaller issues have also been resolved to improve reliability across the app:

  • Fixed unexpected behaviour on Android when completing visits with pending stock requests
  • Investigated and resolved an issue preventing job allocation
  • Corrected charge display when applying minus corrections on Android
  • Fixed a crash when revisiting the service type page after entering an “incomplete reason”
