1. Time of Visit Enhancement

We’ve improved how time spent on post-job documentation is tracked. Previously, any time engineers spent completing forms, certificates, or adding photos wasn’t recorded in timesheets or job costing, which could cause inconsistencies in billing and reporting.

What’s new:

• Time spent on documentation is now automatically captured, so timesheets and job costing are more accurate.
• Engineers no longer need to manually log documentation time.
• Back-office staff and managers get a clearer picture of job time, helping with payroll, billing, and overall job costing.
• Particularly useful for jobs with extensive documentation.

Getting started:

• This feature just needs to be enabled in your settings to start capturing documentation time automatically.

Bug fixes

• Assets can now be successfully marked as complete when using Quick Complete.
• The “Action Required – Review Tasks” screen now appears correctly when Quick Complete is used from the route visit card.
• Asset forms now display full columns as expected.
• Stock locations now display correctly, improving visibility during job completion.
