Mobile Release: Week Commencing 1st July 2025

Features scheduled for release from 01/07/2025 via a staged rollout. This means that changes may not take effect on the mobile application (app) straight away but the latest version including the new changes can be manually downloaded from the App/Play store (Version 1.170.0 on both IOS and Android), if required. The functionality detailed will not be available in any version of the app until this date. However, please note that this is an ETA and may be subject to change.

1. Improved Mobile Time Tracking

• As you may have seen in last week’s web release, we’re improving how action times are recorded for greater accuracy. The mobile app now reflects this too—capturing the exact moment an engineer taps an action, rather than when the form is completed.
• When the back office setting is enabled, time is logged the instant the engineer clicks an action (like "On Site"), even if they complete the form later. This gives a much more accurate view of what’s happening in the field.
• If they try to leave the form before completing it, a prompt will let them know that doing so will reset the recorded time.
• This change helps ensure job timelines are logged more accurately, based on real-world behaviour.
