Mobile Release - Week commencing 20th November 2023

Features scheduled for release on 21/11/23 via a staged roll out. This means that changes may not take effect on the mobile application straight away but the latest version including the new changes can be manually downloaded from the App/Play store (1.148.0 on both IOS and Android) if required. The functionality detailed will not be available in any version of the mobile application until this date. However, please note that this an ETA and may be subject to change.

Release Details

1. Links for Engineers

• As per last week’s web release, you can now add links to your Info > Notes sections within Joblogic.
• On the mobile app, your engineers can now view these links on the following pages:
  • Job Notes / Links
  • Visit Notes / Links
  • Site Notes / Links
  • Quote Notes / Links
• This will be an amazing new addition to the way you communicate with your colleagues out on the road! 🚗

2. Job Task Updates

• Again, to coincide with the latest web release, the mobile app has been updated to include the ability to amend the individual sub task statuses.
• This is a super useful change for your engineers who can now edit the status of each sub task, rather than only the overall task. 🎉
• To do this, click Tasks > View Detail > click an individual Sub Task > Change Status
• When you click to Add Task, you’ll have the option to create individual Sub Tasks by clicking Add Sub Task.

3. New Look and Improved User Experience for Invoices

• We’ve made some further improvements to the look of the mobile app, to bring the Invoicing pages in line with other recent changes. 😎
