Mobile Release - Week commencing 9th October 2023

Features scheduled for release on 10/10/23 via a staged roll out. This means that changes may not take effect on the mobile application straight away but the latest version (1.146.0 on both IOS and Android) if required. The functionality detailed will not be available in any version of the mobile application until this date. However, please note that this an ETA and may be subject to change.

Release Details

1. Partnership with CFTS

• To coincide with last week’s web release, our mobile app has also now been updated to include the CFTS functionality.
• This means your engineers can now view and edit CFTS data against assets. They can also complete forms during their inspections in order to issue the all-important certificates!

2. Improved Signature Control

• Like the above point, you may have noticed an update in last week’s web release regarding signature control?
• This means you can choose whether you want the signatures to be mandatory ‘On Complete’, ‘On Leave Site’, or both!
• Well, we have now released the changes on the mobile app too meaning your engineers can utilise the signatures as per your chosen setting (in Settings > System Setup).

3. New Look and Improved User Experience for Part & Equipment

• This week we are bringing the Parts & Equipment areas in line with our other recent updates to the look and usability of the app.
• Don’t worry, the functionality will all remain the same, we have just made it a bit easier on the eye!
