Introduction
Non-Productive Time plays a crucial role in accurately capturing and analysing the time spent on tasks that are not directly related to productive work. This can include non-deductible leave such as bank holidays or a dentist appointment or prebooked annual leave deducted from a set holiday allowance.
This guide will detail the process of importing non-productive time entries within Joblogic’s back-office system.
Importing Non-Productive Times
Non-Productive Time imports allow back-office users to record non-productive time items in bulk, more efficiently recording large amounts of these items.
The non-productive time import function can be found under Engineers > All Non-Productive Time.
Click on “Import Non-Productive Time” and a pop up to download the CSV template will appear.
Download the template and fill in the relevant data.
Once the data is filled in the CSV file, save it to the local machine and upload it to the same section within Joblogic.
