Release Details

1. Email Notifications - Default Document Template Attachments 

• Users are now able to attach their default document templates to email notifications
• The system default Jobsheet or Invoice template can now be set to add as an attachment to applicable email notifications
• This will allow users to provide more informative email notifications to their clients and stakeholders with accompanying documentation

2. Planner – ‘Include Jobs without Appointment Date’ Filter

• An “Include Jobs without Appointment Date” tick box filter has been added to the Planner Jobs Panel, increasing job searching efficiency

3. Jobsheet Document Template @@Tags@@ - SFG20 and Asset Service Type Task Information

• A collection of new tags have been made available for Jobsheet Document templates
• These will allow users to include SFG20 and Asset Service Type Task information on Jobsheets
• The new tags are: @@ServiceTypeTask_Asset@@, @@ServiceTypeTask_Task@@, @@ServiceTypeTask_Duration@@, @@ServiceTypeTask_Status@@

4. Quoted Value Accommodations – Job Imports and Document Template @@Tags@@

• A new 'Quoted Value' column has been added to the Job Import CSV template, allowing users to make more use of the recent ‘Quoted Value’ feature
• Be aware that any existing Job import CSV templates which have been previously saved will now fail validation until this new column is added. It is advised to download the latest template and copy your data across, if necessary
• New Document Template @@tags@@ for Quoted Values within the Jobsheet templates have also been made available
• These include: '@@QuotedValue@@' and '@@QuotedValue_ValueOnly@@' .

Improvements, Modifications & Bug Fixes

Improvements and Modifications

• Work into providing a fully accommodating audit feature within the system has commenced. The initial stages for Customer and Quote audits have been implemented. 
• Improvements have been made to the @@SubTotal_Labour_ExclVAT@@ invoice document template @@tag@@. This tag will now accommodate the subtotal labour value regardless of the job being raised individually or from a quote
• Top titles and action bars will now lock and screen sizes will be accounted for when viewing a page within the system, improving screen navigation/scrolling
• Customer Portal Roles are now listed alphabetically
• Customer Portal Roles with duplicate names can no longer be created

Bug Fixes

• An issue whereby permissions concerning Parts were showing in the incorrect section has been rectified
• A formatting issue concerning mobile forms shared via the report viewer has now been fixed
• An issue in the User detail/Subcontractor Documents section whereby the ‘sort by’ order was failing to save has now been fixed
