1. PPM Contract Quotes

• It is now possible to raise a Quote for an associated PPM Contract
• A new ‘Add PPM’ Wizard has been introduced allowing users to log a PPM Quote or Contract when applicable with all of the required details
• The Wizard contains a new Asset Importer allowing users to import any non existing assets for use within the quote/contract
• PPM Quotes can be upgraded into PPM Contracts and are accessible via the Customer Portal where they can be approved or rejected
• A new ‘PPM Quotes’ Document templates area is also available accommodating this new feature

• An issue whereby Customer Grouped Invoice Document template tags were failing to display has been fixed
• An issue whereby inactive assets were still showing as available assets to conduct Refcom actions against has been resolved
• An issue whereby the engineer field failed to update on the main PPM visit page after changing the engineer via the Planner has now been rectified
