Improvements

Job Allocation Notification Improvement

The Notification system for Job Visit Allocation has been improved so that a notification by email or SMS is sent every time a visit is created and allocated to an Engineer. Previously, the notification was only sent when the first visit on a job was created and allocated unless the user changed the status of the job prior to allocation.

Bug Fixes

• An issue has been resolved where PPM Contract / Quote budgetary values were displaying incorrectly.

• An issue with the Schedule of Rates add cost window not closing correctly when the operation is cancelled has been resolved.

• An error when using the Fixed Price option for Parts / Equipment has been rectified. When the Cost Price is edited the Uplift is now altered to reflect this change rather than the Sell Price being altered.

• An issue with the PPM Contract / Quote where the system was displaying an incorrect error message when adding selling rates has been rectified.
