Release Details
1. Joblogic Back-office - User Activity Audit.
- An Audit module for back-office users, to track the activities of other back-office users, has been introduced.
- A new ‘Last Activity’ column has been added to the Users page, that displays login/logout times and dates of other users.
- A new ‘User Access Log’ button has been added to the Users page under Settings.
- An ‘Activity Log’ section has been added to view and filter user activity logs.
2. PPM Module - Assign and Auto-populate Preferred Engineers.
Users can Auto-populate ‘Preferred Engineers’ information on PPM Visits/Jobs, based on engineers assigned to the specific site.
A new ‘Auto-Populate’ check box has been added to the ‘Configuration’ page of Sites.
A new ‘Assign Preferred Engineer’ check box has been added to the ‘Create PPM Import Template’ page.
Improvements and Bug Fixes.
Improvements
- Further work has been implemented into the fully accommodating Audit feature. A new ‘Audit’ option has been added to the History tab of Jobs, Sites and PPM Contracts, to view Audit records.
- A new ‘Tags’ field has been added to the All PPM Contracts section, to filter PPM contracts by tags assigned to them.
Bug fixes
- The issue with unassociated Tags showing within the PPM Module has been fixed.
- Issue with Engineer's 'Travel Home' Time automatically showing on Jobsheets has been fixed.
