1. Back Office features in Mobile

This feature adds some Back Office features into the Mobile App. A New Back Office thumbnail is added into the Mobile Menu.

Mobile Users with the Back Office permission can view and search Customer details, they will also be able to create, update and delete Customers.

There are new Back Office on Mobile permissions (JL Lite) in the staff details screen. The permissions will have the following default behaviour:

• User Role: Administrator – All Granted
• User Role: Job Desk User – All Denied
• User Role: Costing User – All Denied
• User Role: Engineer – All Denied
• User Role: Custom Role – All Denied

The User will need to activate both Back Office and Mobile permissions to able to use the feature.
If the main JL Lite's main permission is granted but there are NO permissions for any module (e.g. Customer, Site, Asset) granted then the Back Office menu will not be shown in the Mobile App screen.

Bug Fixes and general Application improvements have been made
