Release Details
- Expiry Date on Quotes
This release brings a great enhancement to the Quoting Module of the Joblogic Web System. We have added a new tab to the All Quotes screen which shows all Quotes with a status of "Expired."
This makes it much easier for the user to see how many Quotes have expired and to react accordingly.
We have also changed the behaviour of the Expiry Date. The user is now able to "Revert" the Quote from Expired to Outstanding by editing the Expiry Date. This effectively extends the time available to the Customer to accept the Quote via the Customer Portal. Any changes to the Expiry Date are recorded by the system and included in the Audit.
Improvements and Bug Fixes.
Improvements
Customer Portal - Search by Gas Type
We have introduced the ability to search for an Asset by Gas Type in the wildcard search on the Customer Portal.
Timesheets on Mobile
Work has been implemented in the Back Office system in readiness for the forthcoming Timesheets on the Mobile Application feature. This feature, which will be included in the next Mobile Application release, will allow appropriately permissioned Engineers to edit their Timesheet within the Mobile Application. This brings other benefits such as the ability to record Non-Productive Time.
PPM - Edit / Delete Permissions
We have now created separate permissions for the Edit and Delete actions for PPM Visits to give the option for the user to be able to edit but not delete visits.
Invoice Details
Improved validation has been added to ensure that the date entered for Payment Due cannot be an earlier date than the Date Raised.
Bug Fixes
An issue which was preventing the recipient from receiving the Job/Quote email when shared from the Job/Quote detail screen has been resolved.
An error causing the Approve and Reject buttons to still show after a user pays a deposit from the portal link has been corrected.
An issue which was preventing Sub Tasks from being added to existing Tasks has been resolved.
