Reminder - PPM

Introduction

The PPM Reminder Notifications app helps ensure that upcoming PPM contract renewals are not overlooked by notifying your back-office team before a contract expires.

By sending automatic email reminders to nominated back-office users and displaying in-system notifications, the app gives your team time to review contracts, contact customers, and arrange renewals before expiry. This helps reduce the risk of service interruptions and missed renewal opportunities.

Accessing the app

Click Marketplace on your Joblogic menu, and then select Explore More.

Navigate to My Apps and open the PPM Reminder app.

Setting up your PPM Reminder

On the Preferences page:

  • Enter the Reminder Days, which determines how many days before the contract expiry the reminder is sent.
  • Configure the Email Subject and Email Body templates for the notification email that will be sent to the designated back-office user(s).

You can personalise the email using dynamic fields, which automatically populate information from the related PPM contract.

To insert a dynamic field:

  1. Place your cursor where you want the field to appear in the template.
  2. Select the required [tag] below the template.
  3. Click Update Preference to save your changes.

When the configured reminder date is reached, Joblogic will:

  • Display a notification in the back office to inform users that the PPM contract is approaching renewal.
  • Send an automatic reminder email to the configured back-office user(s), using the email template you have defined.
