Introduction
The SFG20 app for Joblogic gives your business seamless access to the industry-standard library of planned maintenance schedules and instructions, powered by Facilities IQ.
By integrating directly with Joblogic, engineers can search, view, and complete SFG20 tasks in the field using the mobile app, with results automatically synchronised back to Facilities IQ.
This ensures your maintenance activities remain consistent, compliant, and fully auditable, while reducing duplication, saving time, and improving efficiency across your workforce.
This guide will walk you through setting up your SFG20 account and syncing your schedules and service instructions with Joblogic.
How to access the SFG20 app
Click the Marketplace option on the main menu and then click SFG20, if it appears here
Alternatively, click Explore More to find it under your My Apps page.
Logging in
When you open the SFG20 app, you’ll first need to authenticate your account.
Enter your Access Token and Share Link ID from your SFG20 account, then click Authenticate to connect.
If you’re unsure where to locate them, please contact SFG20 for assistance.
Schedules & Instructions
Once your account has been authenticated, you’ll be directed to the Schedules and Instructions page. This is where you can select, review, and sync your SFG20 schedules with Joblogic.
Select Regimes & Fetch Schedules
To get started, select one or more Regimes from the dropdown list.
Then click Fetch Schedules to populate the list with the available schedules for those regimes.
Review & Sync Schedules
Once the list has loaded, review the schedules and tick the ones you’d like to sync with Joblogic.
Click Sync Selected Schedules to begin the synchronisation process.
When the sync is complete, you’ll receive a pop up, confirming which schedules have been successfully imported.
This process ensures your planned maintenance schedules are fully aligned between SFG20 and Joblogic, keeping all updates consistent and compliant
Sync Audit
You can review your sync history at any time by navigating to the Sync Audit tab.
From here, you can export the full audit to Excel for record-keeping or further analysis.
You’ll also see a detailed history of all sync attempts, including any that have failed, along with the reason for each failure.
If needed, you can export individual records directly from this page too.
This helps you maintain full visibility of all SFG20 data transfers and troubleshoot any sync issues with ease.
