Release Details

1. Preview functionality for Attachments

• Managing attachments has never been this seamless! 🖼️ Introducing the innovative Preview Functionality for effortless attachment handling.
• You can now preview attachments (Images - JPG, PNG, HEIC, etc. and PDFs only for now) directly within Joblogic without needing to download them first. A new Preview button appears next to the Download button, allowing instant access to attachment content in a pop-up window.
• Click the x to close the preview, or select the Download icon to save the image directly from the preview screen.
• This handy feature is now available in the Notes sections across the system, making it quicker and easier to access what you need. Give it a try and enjoy the smoother workflow!

2. Share Site Warnings with Subcontractors

• Next up, we’re adding a powerful new setting that improves visibility of critical site-specific warnings for subcontractors! ⚠️
• You’ll find the Site Warning Label option under: Settings > Subcontractor > Subcontractor Template. By default, the checkbox is enabled, but you can adjust it to suit your needs.
• When enabled, this setting automatically displays site-related warnings to mapped subcontractors for jobs assigned to them.
• This update helps keep subcontractors informed, enhances communication, and reduces the risk of missing important site details

3. Bi-Annual Frequency on PPM Visit Cloning

• We’re making it even easier to manage your Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules! 📆 Say hello to the new Bi-Annual Frequency option for cloning visits.
• A new "Half Yearly" frequency option has been added to the Visit Cloning screen within the PPM module. This allows you to schedule visits every six months with ease.
• Simply select the Half Yearly option in the PPM Contract > Visits > Clone Visit screen
• Enhance your PPM schedules with the Bi-Annual Frequency feature—delivering greater flexibility and streamlining your maintenance planning! 🚀

4. Planner – Asset Service Type Task Frequency

• Transform the way you allocate jobs on the Planner with the new Service Type Task Frequency field, designed for ultimate efficiency! 🛠️
• A new field, labeled "Service Type Task Frequency," has been added to job visit cards on the Planner. This enhancement displays the frequency of service type tasks configured for job assets, making critical information readily accessible.
• When you expand the Jobs Panel on the Planner, the new field will display the frequency of all service type tasks for PPM jobs.
• Hovering over allocated job visit cards will show the same information in a tooltip.
• If multiple tasks have the same frequency (e.g., Monthly), the frequency will be displayed only once for clarity.
• Simplify your job allocation process with the new Service Type Task Frequency field—offering better insights and boosting Planner efficiency!

5. Timestamp Management for Site Visits

• Take control of time tracking with improved permissions for managing visit timestamps!
• Administrators & Engineers now have exclusive rights to edit date and timestamp fields for various visit statuses.
• All other roles (Costing User, Job Desk User, Custom) have restricted access, ensuring security and accuracy.
• Navigate to Settings > Staff to start making your changes. Editable status fields include:
  • Visit Accept Date
  • Travel Site Date
  • On Site Date
  • Complete Visit Date
  • Travel Home Date
  • At Home Date
  • Leave Site Date
  • Abort Site Date
• This means only engineers with the appropriate editing permissions can adjust visit status dates and times. Stay in control and ensure accurate time tracking! ⌚

Bug Fixes

• An issue has been fixed where subcontractor accounts without active Joblogic contracts were not renewed alongside the main customer contract during contract renewal.
• A sizing issue for output/input fields on the Form Builder has been resolved.
• The Asset Condition field no longer counts moved assets.
• The Cost Date for Subcontractor Purchase Orders now displays correctly.
• The Vehicle Registration details now appear correctly on Refcom documentation.
• The Search Purchase Invoices function now filters all Purchase Orders as expected.
• Your company logo now displays correctly on Refcom sheets.
