2. Subcontractor updates
- We also have some useful updates to the ever-expanding subcontractor module.

Completing Subcontractor items
- We have removed the ‘’Add the line in Job Cost Screen under subcontractor cost type’’ tick box and made the process automated.
- This means one less box you need to click when completing a Subcontractor PO item. Great news! 🎉
Old > New
Area
- You can now filter by Site Area OR Subcontractor Area when Batch Deploying Subcontractor PPM Visits.
- This is super handy as you can now filter to where the subcontractor is, rather than just the site address.
3. Area column
- Next, we have a simple but useful change. A new optional column has been added to your All Jobs page for Area.
- This means you can now easily see where your jobs are located, in the main jobs table.
- To add this, click the Settings cog and scroll to find Area(s) and tick to add. Easy Peasy!
4. Profitability updates
New and Improved look
- We have improved the look of the Profitability section of your Job > Costs page!
- You’ll now see three sections: Quoted Jobs, Cost and Sell, with the Total Profits underneath.
- This breakdown should make things a lot easier on the eye and help you understand your profits more easily. 🤑
Title updates
- Some of the titles have also been updated slightly, in the Profitability grid, and the Cost table.
