1. Project Management improvements
- Actual Cost Breakdown, Total Actual Cost, and Actual Profit will now exclude quoted values, ensuring figures reflect true project performance.
- When marking a job as a variation, both the quoted value and sell value of items are now included and will update the overall Project Value accordingly.
Bug fixes
- Project Variations will no longer incorrectly adjust the total Project Value after an invoice has been approved.
- Estimated Profit now correctly calculates as Project Value minus Estimated Cost, instead of displaying total estimated cost.
- The Profit column on the Project Dashboard and Project Listing now displays accurate values.
- Project dashboard filters now return results across the full data set correctly.
- The Project Planner chart now resizes correctly when the project duration is changed.
- Issues affecting claim percentage calculations on Project Applications and Invoices have been resolved.
- Customer Contract details now display correctly, including the default Project Application and Invoice template selectors.
- When completing an Off-Hire confirmation with “Redeploy” selected, associated visits are now correctly redeployed.
- Updating a single hire asset (inspection or off-hire) will no longer affect other assets at the same site.
- Resolved issues with PPM jobs disappearing from search results after contract renewal. Renewed jobs now remain fully searchable.
- The Visits tab now loads correctly after deleting a contract asset.
- Only active users are now displayed; inactive or pending users are excluded.
- Jobs will now appear in the correct status tabs, with improved sync to prevent stale search data.
- Contract PO template VAT rate data now pulls through correctly.
