Release Details

1. Hire Advance

Hire asset depreciation

  • We’ve introduced depreciation tracking for your assets, giving you clearer visibility of asset value over time.
  • You can now configure purchase and depreciation details directly within the asset record, with the system automatically calculating and updating book value based on your settings.
  • This reduces manual calculations and improves financial visibility across your hire assets.

Cross hire workflow

  • We’ve also introduced a complete Cross Hire workflow to manage third-party hired items from purchase through to return.
  • You can now flag Hire Suppliers, raise Hire Purchase Orders linked to contracts, record deliveries, allocate cross-hired items to hire contracts, process supplier invoices, and manage returns.
  • This provides better tracking, clearer cost control, and improved visibility across the full Cross Hire lifecycle.

Note: Some Cross Hire functionality may depend on your subscribed modules (e.g. carriage/transport-related features)
