Release Details

This month is all about performance and stability, making the Joblogic app faster, more reliable, and easier to use day to day.

We’ve made a number of behind-the-scenes improvements to ensure a smoother experience when completing jobs on mobile. 📲

Bug fixes

• Improved overall app performance and stability.
• Resolved an issue where some engineers were unable to access or complete the SDWSRA form on mobile.
• Asset details now display correctly in form logbooks.
• Fixed an issue preventing Temperature Monitoring forms from being saved when an asset’s refrigerant charge reached zero.
• Mandatory forms must now be completed before users can change an asset’s status.
• Assets can now be completed successfully on Android without errors.
• Service jobs can now be marked as No Access without delays or failures.
• The Visit tab now refreshes correctly, preventing duplicate At Home actions.
• Job forms can now be completed reliably on the first attempt.
• Visits can no longer be completed by tapping the signature area alone — users must select Save to complete the visit.
• Improved stability to prevent the app freezing or becoming stuck during jobs.
• The Date Completed field in Site Job History now displays correctly.
• Fixed an issue where the Stock Replenishment option did not display correctly on mobile devices.
