Introduction
The Coded Form Editor app provides a simple way to review and update existing coded forms directly within Joblogic. Instead of recreating a form when changes are needed, authorised users can open previously submitted forms, edit their responses, and save the updated version.
With this app forms can be edited within the browser, allowing you to update responses, manage images and retain existing table data before resubmitting the form.
This helps improve data accuracy, reduces administrative effort, and provides a more efficient way to maintain completed form records.
This guide will walk you through how to find coded forms, edit existing submissions, manage form content, and save your changes.
Accessing the app
Click Marketplace on your Joblogic menu, and then select Explore More if the app is not shown in the pop up.

If required, use the filters at the top of the page to search for a specific coded form. You can filter and sort the list to quickly locate the form you want to edit.

Once you've found the correct form, click Edit.

Before editing begins, you'll be presented with an important warning explaining the implications of modifying a previously submitted form.
Read the information carefully, then tick I understand and acknowledge these warnings if you wish to continue.
Click I Understand – Proceed to Edit to open the form in the editor.

Editing a form
Once the form is open, you can update its responses directly within the browser. Any existing answers are retained, allowing you to make only the necessary changes rather than completing the form again.
Depending on the form, you can edit field values, update images, and amend table data before saving your changes. When you're happy with your updates, submit the form to save the revised version back into Joblogic.
