● Total Completed Forms - Total Number of filled forms.
● Monthly Completed Forms - Cluster graphical representation of the total number of forms filled per month.
● Forms Count Per Job - Top 5 jobs with the greatest number of forms completed.
● Customer - Top 5 customers with the greatest number of forms completed.
● Site - Top 5 sites with the greatest number of forms completed.
● Engineer - Top 5 Engineers with the greatest number of forms completed.
● Job Count - Cluster graphical representation of the top 10 forms completed against the jobs.
● Details Table - Generic information of completed forms.
