Release Details

1. Priority logic improvements (Cascade order)

• We’ve improved how priorities are applied when logging jobs to ensure they’re clear, consistent, and always respect contract settings.
• A new priority hierarchy has been introduced, so priorities are applied in the following order:
  • Contract – Work Type / Job Type / Job Category Priority (highest priority)
  • Contract – Fault Code Priority
  • Contract – Contract Priority
  • Base Configuration – Site / Customer Default Priority (fallback)
• This ensures predictable behaviour when logging jobs and avoids conflicting priorities.
• To enable this setting, head over to Settings > System Setup

2. Work type & group priority visibility

• When logging a job or quote, the system will now clearly display both Work Type priorities and Group Priority when these are configured at contract level.
• This makes it easier to select the correct priority and understand how it’s being applied.

3. Selling rate removal enhancements

• You can now delete the default selling rate from both Customer and Site configurations, giving you more flexibility when managing pricing.

Bug Fixes 🐞🛠️

• Customer Portal now correctly displays PPM contracts linked to customer contracts.
• SORs will no longer transfer to a job for non-accepted quote sections.
• SOR codes added from templates now display correctly.
• Attribute quote templates now display variable values when downloaded from emails.
• The amount tag in quote templates now works correctly.
• Invoice headers and notes now display correctly when downloading invoices.
• Emails are now sent with the correct data.
• You can now view all available tags for SMS notifications.
• You will be prevented from creating material lines with a quantity of 0.
• Suspended stock locations no longer appear when returning materials to vehicle stock.
• Fixed an issue with asset imports.
• The Additional Instructions field now displays correctly when updating Contract Purchase Orders.
