Release Details

1. Engineer-level Vehicle Checklist controls

  • Following the introduction of the Engineer does not have a company vehicle setting in the latest Joblogic web release, the mobile app now honours this configuration.
  • When the setting is enabled for an engineer, the standard daily or weekly Vehicle Checklist (TVC) form is no longer sent to their mobile app. When disabled, the engineer continues to receive the checklist as normal.
  • This change only affects the standard TVC. Job forms, general forms, and bespoke vehicle checklists continue to work as before, ensuring vehicle checks are only assigned to engineers who require them.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where marking a visit as No Access before going On Site recorded incorrect times. The visit now records the Start time as the Travel to Site timestamp and the End time as the No Access timestamp.
  • Fixed issues where the signature captured on completion did not match the engineer, and where engineers were unable to view previous site reports on a job.
  • Resolved several forms-related issues, including:
    • Asset scanning on forms.
    • The Forms Logbook.
    • Assets not pulling through to electronic forms after PPM completion.
    • Form image attachments automatically rotating to landscape, resulting in a small preview.
    • A No Access form appearing unexpectedly on jobs.
    • An iOS app crash when completing a No Access form for a service job.
  • Fixed an issue on iOS where incorrect text was displayed on forms when the device language was set to Vietnamese.
  • Fixed a display issue when scanning a receipt using the Add Expense feature.
  • Fixed a duplicated tab in the Other Actions section, resolved timestamp differences between iOS and Android, restored visibility of the RAMS app on the Apple App Store, and addressed an issue affecting branded app availability and readiness.
  • General stability and performance improvements across the iOS and Android apps.
