Marketplace Enhancement Details

The following updates relate to apps available through the Joblogic Marketplace and are applicable to customers subscribed to the relevant app.

1. Multiple Sites in a Project

• Projects can now include multiple sites, allowing work across several customer locations to be managed under a single project.
• Users with the appropriate permission can add additional sites to Projects and Project Quotes.
• For multi-site projects, fixed price and time & material invoices and applications are now raised against the customer, providing a simpler billing process.
• To enable the setting, head to Settings > System Set up > Multiple Sites against Projects

2. Project Quote Template Library

• A new Project Quote Template library allows you to create reusable templates for common project quotes, reducing manual data entry and helping to keep quotes consistent.
• Templates can include project details, pricing, quote sections and cost lines. When creating a Project Quote, simply select a template to automatically populate the quote, with the flexibility to amend any values before saving.
• Head to Settings > Library > Project Quote Templates to set yours up!

3. Project Invoice Sync

• Approved Project Sales Invoices can now be synced directly to Xero and QuickBooks, reducing manual data entry and helping keep your accounting records up to date.
• Invoice sync can be enabled or disabled independently within the account integration settings, with built-in validation to prevent invoices with invalid tax codes from being exported.

4. Hire Invoice and Purchase Invoice Sync

• Approved Hire Invoices and Hire Purchase Invoices can now be synced
  from Joblogic to Xero and Quickbooks.
• Invoice sync is controlled through the account integration settings (Settings > Account Integration), with validation to ensure invoices are only exported when tax and nominal code requirements have been met.
• Hire Purchase Invoices can only be created when a PO Number exists, and the GRN status is Delivered.
