Features scheduled for release from 18/11/24 via a staged roll out. This means that changes may not take effect on the mobile application (app) straight away but the latest version including the new changes can be manually downloaded from the App/Play store (Version 1.162.0 on both IOS and Android), if required. The functionality detailed will not be available in any version of the mobile application until this date. However, please note that this is an ETA and may be subject to change.

Release Details
1. New Target Completion & Target Attendance Dates
- This week we’ve updated the mobile app to be more in line with the back office by adding two important fields: Target Completion Date and Target Attendance Date.
- You can now view the Target Completion Date and Target Attendance Date directly on the Job Details screen and the Visit Details screen in the mobile app. This enhancement helps you prioritize visits based on critical deadlines and monitor time remaining to complete or attend each job
- To enable this feature, simply go to Settings > System Setup and check "Visit - Show Job KPIs." By default, this setting is turned off, allowing you to opt-in if it suits your workflow.
- Additionally, we've added a "Sort by Completion Date" filter, so you can organize your visits by completion deadlines for easier planning.
Bug fixes
- Fixed issue where the engineer could only view up to 4 rows of text in the Visit Note box while typing; all rows are now visible as typed.
- Resolved issue with mandatory forms on the engineers' app not capturing photos as expected after app updates.
- Addressed issue where job notifications were received but jobs were not appearing on engineers' devices.
