Mobile Release: Week Commencing 20th October 2025

Features scheduled for release from 20/10/2025 via a staged rollout. This means that changes may not take effect on the mobile application (app) straight away but the latest version including the new changes can be manually downloaded from the App/Play store (Version 1.174.0 on both IOS and Android), if required. The functionality detailed will not be available in any version of the app until this date. However, please note that this is an ETA and may be subject to change.

Improvements

Review Tasks on Quick Complete

• We’ve improved the Quick Complete process to make reviewing and managing tasks easier before finishing a job.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue that could cause the mobile app to freeze when completing a job.
• When using Quick Complete, the View Detail button now appears correctly on the Task List page, allowing engineers to edit task statuses as expected.
• Resolved an issue where engineers could get stuck on the No Access Evidence form after taking a picture. The form now completes smoothly.
• Corrected a display issue on the At Home screen. The current and new status now show accurately - “Travelling Home” and “Complete” respectively.
