Temporary Site for Jobs

Prev Next

Introduction

The Temporary Sites app introduces a simpler way to manage short-term work locations within Joblogic. It allows you to clearly separate temporary job locations from permanent Sites, while still keeping your job workflows consistent and easy to use.

When a job is created using a Temporary Site, the system automatically handles the setup in the background, ensuring the job is correctly assigned without adding unnecessary site data to your system.

This helps keep your Site list clean, improves long-term data management, and supports more scalable job creation.

This guide will walk you through how Temporary Sites work, how they are used when creating jobs, and what happens in the system behind the scenes.

Creating a Temporary Site

To set a temporary site, navigate to Jobs > Log Job
