Introduction
The Multi Tenant (Customer Portal) app in Joblogic enables Customer Portal users to log into multiple Joblogic accounts using a single email address—provided access has been set up on each relevant account.
Whether a customer interacts with several branches or service providers using Joblogic, this feature allows them to switch between portals easily and securely, without needing separate credentials for each.
This guide will walk you through how Customer Portal users can access and switch between linked accounts, helping ensure a more unified and user-friendly experience.
Set up
Make sure both accounts have the app subscribed before getting started.

You can now set up the same email address for customer portal users across multiple accounts.
When the user is added, they'll receive a Joblogic User Created email.
If that email address is already linked to another Joblogic account, clicking Activate will display a message confirming that the same credentials will be used across all workspaces.
Logging in
Navigate to portal.joblogic.com and enter your credentials as normal.
Next, choose the workspace you want to access.
Once selected, you’ll land on the main dashboard for that account.
Switching between workspaces
To switch between your accounts when logged in, simply click your email address in the top right corner and the select Switch Company from the dropdown.
Select the workspace you'd like to move to, and you'll be taken directly into that account.
